Ester Break-Day 6
4-9: Finally Friday...only one more day of our vacation...so we thought we're gunna live it up right! Because Mo didn't have to work we planned a full day...breakfast, base to use the gym, back to the mall, movies, lunch, nails, and then get ready to go out, but sadly due to Thursday night's adventure we didn't have a car until 4:30...so instead of getting up early we all slept in till about noon, made brunch, and watched New Moon! :) Let's just say we played a shirtless Jacob Black in the rain scene over and over again...my Nina kept saying, 'he cannot be 16'. By the time the movie was over it was time to start getting ready. The one thing we knew we wanted to do was get our nails done, so we did...
Because I am not 21 yet we couldn't go into downtown Little Rock so Mo suggested we go to a bar called the Howard Johnson aka the HoJo...by the sound of the name could you guess it was a redneck bar? It reminded me of a show mom and I watch, Army Wives, they have a bar like that in the show called the Hump Bar, so that's what I kept calling it.
Anyway we left the house at about 8:45 and of course Grant and I were DD again while everyone else got drunk. It's all good though it's fun to watch the stupid things they do and not remember in the morning...and this is where the real fun started!
We walked into the bar and the first thing we see is a sign the specifically says 'You must be 21...' but of course Mo said,

"Don't worry about it. They don't card here"
She couldn't have been more wrong...about an hour into watching people make fools of themselves singing and drinking one of the girls who worked there came and asked me for my ID. If you guessed I was kicked out then you guessed right! Grant being the gentleman that he is offered to take me back to the house and watch a movie with me until Mo and her friends called to go pick them up.
We watched P.S. I Love You. It was the first time he had seen it and the thousandth time for me...side note:: I love that movie!
It was about 4:15 when we got the call the go pick them up. We took Mo's car and I drove...as we were pulling out of the driveway I accidentally opened the garage door and 3 of Mo's dogs took off into the neighborhood. It's now 4:30 and all you hear is Grant and I shouting at the dogs to them into the house. It took us about 15 minutes to make that happen. If you think that was bad you are sadly mistaken, it only got worse as the morning came. We finally got to the bar at 4:45. We thought we were going to have to take two cars turns out one of her friends had their own DD. But we got stuck with Jeramiah which meant we had to drive all the way back to downtown Little Rock...this time we didn't have to leave the car. But we did get lost on the way home in fact we almost ended up in Memphis, TN. All because my "map" Grant was playing on Facebook instead of giving me directions. It was almost 5am what the heck was he FB(ing) for!? We finally found our way back to the right freeway and home.
It was 5:30 when we walked through the front door...and that's how we ended the night..or should I say started the morning?
Thanks for reading!!
