Gobble, Gobble, Gobble

Last year for Thanksgiving I had the chicken pox and so we spent the day incubated in the house, so this year we spent Thanksgiving at my Auntie Connie and Uncle Ken's house. Because I live there I was able to partake in the preparation in the days and morning leading up to the party. I woke up around 8 and was able to help my aunt bake the desserts, cut the potatoes for the mashed potatoes, prep the turkey, made the dressing and helped make the string bean casserole. It was a great day! I loved spending the day with most of my familia! It was such a wonderful way to spend a beautiful day! :)

My aunt, cousin and I cooking before everyone arrived.

The best part of the day: FOOD!! Boy was it delicious!
This is what happens when we eat too much food! Haha
Of course we can't forget the wishbone, Aniessa got the wish! :)

We ended the night playing cards and eating some delicious pumpkin pie with homemade whip cream :)
Overall it was an amazing day and I am so thankful the day and food turned out great! Happy (late) Thanksgiving hope everyone had a great day too!
Gobble gobble!
Sammie ♥
