The Talk!
As most of you know I am taking a 3.5 week vacation to Little
Rock, AR to visit my cousin Monique and my boyfriend Grant. My flight
leaves in a about an hour or so out of LAX...I am excited and nervous all at
the same time. Excited to see two people I love and miss very much, but nervous
because this is the first time I will be away from home this long...I am
sure I will get home sick at some point on this trip, but looking forward to
all the fun things I will be doing including meeting my Godson Nixon (Monique's
son) for the first time!
Because I will be gone so long away from my family we decided to have a family day today! :) The 4 of us took a little trip down to CBS studios for a taping of The Talk! It was so much fun!! Plus we got a lot of cool stuff!! It was a beautiful day with my loving family!! We started our morning at 7am because we had to be at the studio by 9:45. When we got there the audience producer let us know what we were going to do and got us pumped for the taping…we shot to tapings that day. The first taping was live, sadly we were not on TV, but the second was prerecorded for the 16th of August. Let’s just say it I met some really cool celebs and I know for sure I will be on TV along with my mom, dad and brother! I think I am allowed to talk about it, but I like the idea of leaving y’all in suspense till the episode airs! ;) After the tapings were over we were starving so we decided to try Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles! It was delicious! By the time we were done eating we still had some time before I needed to be at the airport so we went to visit my Auntie Alice to give her a gift we had made for her. I am glad I was able to spend time with her before I left.
I wasn’t allowed to take many pictures at the studio, but here is some of what I was able to get…

We ended the day together with my family dropping me off at the airport...I love you guys sooo much thank you for the wonderful day! I am going to miss you so much and I'll see you soon! Muah!
